Ini bukan mesin fotocopy biasa. Canon imageRUNNER 2935i dirancang untuk kantor, percetakan kecil, sampai instansi yang butuh mesin kerja keras setiap hari. Kecepatannya 35 lembar per menit untuk A4, tapi yang bikin orang betah pakai seri ini justru stabilitasnya.
Kenapa Canon IR 2935i ?
Di lapangan, masalah mesin fotocopy itu klasik: hasil mulai pudar setelah ribuan lembar, kertas sering nyangkut, scan lambat. Seri IR 2935i coba menyelesaikan semua itu.
Pertama, soal kecepatan yang realistis. Di atas kertas 35 ppm untuk A4, 17 ppm untuk A3. Saat dipakai copy bolak-balik (duplex), kecepatannya tetap sama, tidak turun. First Copy Out Time hanya 6,4 detik. Jadi kalau Anda cuma butuh 1-2 lembar buru-buru, tidak perlu menunggu lama pemanasan. Warm-up dari sleep mode cuma 10 detik.
Kedua, urusan scan. Ini poin penting yang sering dilupakan. IR 2935i yang versi DADF pakai feeder DADF-BA1. Kapasitasnya 100 lembar. Kecepatan scan 1 sisi bisa sampai 70 ipm (hitam dan warna) untuk resolusi 300 dpi, dan 2 sisi 35 ipm. Kalau Anda sering scan dokumen tender, arsip legal, atau berkas BPJS yang tebal-tebal, bedanya terasa banget. Tidak perlu bolak-balik manual.
Ketiga, layarnya. Sudah pakai panel sentuh warna 7 inci TFT LCD. Tampilannya mirip smartphone, jadi staf baru pun tidak bingung.

Tonernya pakai NPG-90 dengan yield sekitar 33.000 lembar di coverage 6%, jadi lebih irit untuk cetak volume besar. Kapasitas kertas standar 1.200 lembar (100 lembar multipurpose + 2x550 kaset), bisa di-upgrade sampai 2.300 lembar kalau tambah Cassette Feeding Unit-AW1. Jarang isi kertas, kerja tidak terpotong.
Scan to Cloud dan Mobile IR 2935i sudah support AirPrint, Mopria, Canon PRINT Business, uniFLOW Online, dan Universal Print. Artinya Anda bisa print langsung dari HP, tanpa instal driver ribet. Scan juga bisa langsung kirim ke email, folder SMB, FTP, WebDAV, bahkan ke Google Drive atau Dropbox via uniFLOW. Formatnya lengkap: PDF searchable (OCR), PDF terkompresi, TIFF, JPEG, sampai Office Open XML (Word & PowerPoint).
